"I used a licensed HVAC technician to remove the Freon. Then I removed the old evaporator and installed the new Goodman from Alpine. With help from the downloadable instructions, email, and phone calls with the Alpine technicians I was able to also install both the TXV valve and the hard-start capacitator myself. The licensed HVAC guy vacuumed it and filled it back up to specifications. I saved a bundle. These guys are great. Thanks! "
