I was pleasantly surprised when you shipped the Honeywell TrueSteam humidifier and the Reverse Osmosis (R/O) accessory. Both arrived in two days - much faster than expected... I had an HVAC contractor to do the work... This is when my problems began.
The HVAC contractor cracked the shutoff valve on top of the R/O reservoir tank...
I contacted Alpine and was put in touch with Bryan. I learned that the company kept no spares, but he offered to contact Honeywell to identify the part number. When Bryan called Honeywell, he learned that they could not sell me the valve by itself since it was part of the R/O system... Bryan pressed the issue. He found someone that was willing to remove this valve from a test unit in their lab and arranged for Honeywell to send it directly to me."
