"I installed my furnace about three years ago. The reason I didn’t write sooner is that I was waiting to see how it would do in the conditions it had to work in. At first I thought I bought the wrong furnace for where I was putting it. The main problem was it was going in a mountain trailer home and it would have to be shut down after each use. This is because it is running on propane and the tank is not accessible until spring. The technicians were of great help. When putting it in, they gave me possible reasons for it not working right - from the air exchange being too small for the altitude, the type of filter, and the type of thermostat to use. All said and done, my furnace runs great.
