It is top vented and equipped with an automatic thermostat, safety controls, "matchless" pilot igniter and long-life ceramic-coated combustion chamber. Unit comes from factory set up for natural gas. In order to operate on LP (liquid propane), the Williams 8901 LP Conversion Kit must be purchased seperately. Important Safety Notice: The surface temperature of wall furnaces can exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid touching the furnace while it is in use.
