These converters have 1" of insulation and are used to change the square/rectangular return and supply openings on your unit to round openings. Made with 20 gauge galvanized construction. The return converter requires and 14" duct, and the supply converter requires a 12" duct.
This accessory is not necessarily required for standard operation. It is used only connecting to a round ducting system.
