Free insured shipping in the contiguous USA is included with all equipment orders and other select products. Equipment is considered: furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, heat pumps and package units. (Shipping charges apply to portable air conditioners.) Simply look for the "free shipping" logo (image of a truck shown at right) on any product page which indicates that the product ships free!

Plus! Anything else purchased at the same time receives free shipping too!

While shipping is free, there is a charge for optional liftgate service if you choose it. Liftgate is a delivery service where a special truck with a power gate on the back will lower your order to the ground for you. If you don't choose liftgate service, please be available to assist the driver with unloading your order off the truck.

 

* If you live far from us, we love you all the same but you might be subject to some extra fees: Freight shipments to Alaska are charged an estimated shipping of $175 at checkout; we will call you with the exact cost before your order ships. Freight shipments to Hawaii will be charged a fee - please call us for a quote. Freight shipments to Canada are subject to a $175 shipping fee, in addition to all Canadian taxes and customs' brokerage fees which will be automatically calculated at checkout. Deliveries to some remote areas take more than 3 days. Shipping time starts from when the order leaves our warehouse; in-stock orders received before 2:00 PM Central Monday to Friday ship the same day.
