Free insured shipping in the contiguous USA is included with all equipment orders and other select products. Equipment is considered: furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, heat pumps and package units. (Shipping charges apply to portable air conditioners.) Simply look for the "free shipping" logo (image of a truck shown at right) on any product page which indicates that the product ships free.

While shipping to your home is free, there is a charge for optional liftgate service if you choose it. Liftgate is special truck with a power gate on the back to lower the equipment to the ground for you. If you don't choose liftgate service, please be available to assist the driver with unloading your order off the truck.

 

* Freight shipments sent to Alaska are charged a $175 fee. Freight shipments to Hawaii will be charged a fee; please call us for a quote. Freight shipments to Canada are subject to a $175 surcharge, in addition to all Canadian taxes and customs brokerage fees.
Deliveries to some areas take more than 3 days. Shipping time starts from when the order leaves our warehouse. While most orders leave our warehouse within 8 business hours, this is not a guarantee your order will ship within that time.
