I wanted to send an email to tell you how pleased I am that I purchased the Honeywell YTH6320R1015 kit from your company. Not only was the price reasonable, the customer service I received was outstanding. After not getting any power to the unit, I called Honeywell and was told that I needed to purchase a separate transformer to power the unit -- I knew this was probably not the correct answer. I then contacted Steve at your customer service line, and he walked through some troubleshooting steps that determined we had a problem with the wire to the receiver unit -- the connection to the terminal was loose. His patience and technical knowledge helped me to install the unit in minutes. Who would have thought that your reps would be more knowledgeable than the manufacturers!
