Select If:

  • You are replacing a forced air furnace that operates on natural gas or liquid propane (LP)
    And / or...
  • Your furnace will be located inside the home, attic, crawlspace, basement, etc.
  • You have ducting in the home (or will be installing it) to transfer the air. (The same ducting used for heating can be used for air conditioning.)
  • Your available fuel is either natural gas or liquid propane (LP).
  • (Note – These furnaces are compatible with central air conditioning.)
  • You are interested in qualifying for an energy efficiency tax credit.  Some of these products may qualify for a tax credit of 30% of the cost, installation supplies and labor up to $1,500.

  • Your electric furnace (air handler) will be located inside the home, attic, crawlspace, basement, etc.
  • You have ducting in the home (or will be installing it) to transfer the air. (The same ducting used for heating can be used for air conditioning.)
  • You have (or are planning on having) central air conditioning
  • You have 220 volts AC available
  • Note – These units are compatible with central air conditioning. To select this equipment with a central air conditioning system, use our easy Kit Builder)
  • (Note – An equipment type called "air handler" with an optional "electric heater coil" is the equivalent of an electric furnace with an air conditioning-ready evaporator coil.)
