"I recently purchased a heat pump system from you guys, and I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with everything. The help I received when ordering was great. The unit arrived at my home in very good condition.... A friend of mine installs heating and a/c for a living and helped me with duct couplings, connecting coolant lines and wiring up the compressor. I ran the power to it and it started right up with no problems. I am anxious to see how it does next summer... I will probably buy 2 more similar units next year for another house we own. Thanks for your help!
