|
|
The ITT Industries model 67 low water cut-off for steam boilers is for use with residential and commercial boilers of any steaming capacity. It is designed to interrupt the electrical current to the burner whenever the water level inside the boiler drops to the cut-off level. This cut-off is an important accessory to insure the long life of any steam boiler, it should be installed in series with all other limit and operating controls used on the boiler. The model 67 should be tested weekly when the boiler is in operation, inspected annually, and replaced at least every 10 years. To prevent serious personal injury from steam and hot water, make sure there is a discharge line from the blow down valve to a proper place of disposal.
