Joe Joiner writes:
"I just wanted to say thank you. I purchased a full unit from you about 2 years ago. It was easy to install and has already saved me the money that it cost me to purchase. Not only do you offer, seriously, quality climate control units but your not treating your customers like they are incompetent of their own home repairs. I thank you for your service and will recommend you to other people in need (There are many), which I have already. It inspires me to go into the refrigeration or air conditioning business just so as to pass on the great service you're offering to your customers. The hardest part was calling a service man to come out and release the freon. He was rude and over-charged me but, I saved enough money and aggravation dealing through you guys that the hardship was quickly forgotten. Thank You again. P.S.: The unit actually had the perfect amount of freon to charge the system. :)"

Indoor Temperature Sensing Capability
Some thermostats provide for wiring to an accessory called an indoor sensor. The indoor sensor mounts in the home living space away from the thermostat, and tells the thermostat what the temperature is in that area. The thermostat will then use the temperature from the sensor to indicate the home's current comfort level, instead of just the temperature near the thermostat.

Outdoor Temperature Sensor Capability
When used with an outdoor air sensor, this features allows the thermostat to sense the outdoor temperature and indicate such on the screen. Also allows some thermostats to automatically decide whether to heat or cool the home based on outside temperatures.
