The 230-MB14W is used as a mounting base when mini-split air conditioner or heat pump condensing units must be either bolted down, or elevated off of the ground.  These mounting blocks are available in 14", 17" and 36" lengths.  End caps are also available for aesthetic purposes.  The maximum load is 900lbs per mounting block, and the installation temperature range is -4°F to 140°F.  DiversiTech mounting blocks fit all mini-split air conditioner and heat pump condensing units due to their unique sliding rail design.
