Navien's two microprocessors offer better control and safer operation by continuously cross monitoring each other's performance to assure proper operation at all tmes.  These two microprocessors not only control the burner for ideal combustion but also maintain the steady hot water temperature.  Navien tankless water heaters also utilize dual stainless steel heat exchangers, providing 20 times more resistance to erosion and condensation damage than copper heat exchangers.  Standard 3" PVC pipe can be used for venting, and Navien tankless water heaters are capable of runs up to 100 feet with 6 elbows.

A federal energy efficiency tax credit of up to $1,500 is available for this product if placed in service from January 1st, 2009 to December 31st, 2010. The tax credit covers 30% of the equipment, installation supplies and labor costs up to $1500.
