The Honeywell Programmable Wireless Prestige™ 2.0 HD Comfort System Kit (YTHX9321R5061) contains everything you need to relocate your thermostat or upgrade your equipment without running new wires.  Includes the Personal Comfort Station™ to sense and control temperature from any room, and a Wireless Outdoor Sensor which communicates outdoor temperature and humidity to all RedLINK™ enabled devices.
