Dear Alpine, The Chigo high wall, heat pump, dual-zone, inverter drive, mini-split system that I recently purchased from Alpine was delivered promptly, the communication from Alpine was excellent, the price was the best that I could find on the Internet, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I used a professional organization to install the dual-split system. The work was done in one day and the results are exactly as I had anticipated. It's ALIVE!! The do-it-yourself (DIY) operation has been successfully completed. The original 24-year-old split home HVAC unit has been destroyed and replaced by a more friendly, efficient (SEER13), and complete Goodman system. Getting and receiving $5000+ quotes from local AC contractors was a bit depressing so I did a little research on the net and discovered DIY was feasible. With a one man operation, it took about 16 hrs. to wreck out the old system and install the new Goodman. A local certified HVAC tech finished up the last 10% of the job and I got to flip the breaker and the system started up the first time! It is super quiet compared to our old, ugly system.

I was able put in the furnace and electronic air filters with help from your DVD and my mother. No kidding! Very happy with your service and your company.

I purchased a Goodman 93% Single Stage Upflow from you. I called the support line 2 times and got the information I needed both times. Full system quote from a pro was $2400 for an 80% installed. I saved approx $1200 DIY, plus another $200 rebate from the gas company (I won't count that until I get the check) and 13% more efficient! Thanks again for the great phone support and great product.

I called customer service for help ordering an uncased cooling coil. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The order went smoothly and the shipment arrived on time. We installed the coil and are very pleased with the purchase. We will be referring you to others and look forward to future purchases.

My friend Frank recently installed an Aprilaire 600 in his house. It was so easy, he talked me into installing one in my house too. The installation DVD was very helpful.
