IMPORTANT: As of 2019, Williams no longer offers high-altitude models.  If you live above 2000 feet, be sure to purchase the high altitude kit listed in Accessories.  The kit contains a selection of orifices that cover elevations up to 8,000 feet.

The Monterey PLUS + Home furnace series provides traditional home comfort with lower heating costs, convenience and high-efficiency! Value-for-your-money-priced models feature energy and money-saving operating costs. Easily recessed or surface-mounted options are great in homes, schools, cabins, apartments, offices, and shops. Heating rooms individually allows comfort in areas being used while saving fuel cost in unused areas. No electricity required, great during power outages. It is direct vented with a "Matchless" pilot igniter, automatic thermostat and safety controls included. Unit comes from factory set up for natural gas. In order to operate on LP (liquid propane), the Williams 8907 LP Conversion Kit must be purchased seperately.

Important Safety Notice:  The surface temperature of wall furnaces can exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid touching the furnace while it is in use. If children will be present, provide a physical barrier to prevent accidental contact with the furnace.
