  • Bryan is the epitome of customer service. He is arguably the most valuable employee you have as evidenced by my short story of how a good company can make a difference when things go wrong.

    I was pleasantly surprised when you shipped the Honeywell TrueSteam humidifier and the Reverse Osmosis (R/O) accessory. Both arrived in two days - much faster than expected... I had an HVAC contractor to do the work... This is when my problems began.

    The HVAC contractor cracked the shutoff valve on top of the R/O reservoir tank...

    I contacted Alpine and was put in touch with Bryan. I learned that the company kept no spares, but he offered to contact Honeywell to identify the part number. When Bryan called Honeywell, he learned that they could not sell me the valve by itself since it was part of the R/O system... Bryan pressed the issue. He found someone that was willing to remove this valve from a test unit in their lab and arranged for Honeywell to send it directly to me.

  • I had called 3 times to see why my Emergency Heat was not working. [Bryan] gave me things to try, and finally on the third time, I told him it came on and went right back off after about 5 minutes, and he knew why. He said just jump terminals E and AUX on the thermostat, and it worked. You have some very knowledgeable Technicians that work there. Thank You.
