Alpine has excellent prices and top-notch customer support. I installed the Aprilaire 600A over the weekend with zero plumbing or ducting experience. I hit a few installation snags along the way due to the fiberboard return plenum and the twisty route I had to take to the supply plenum for the bypass ducting, but Alpine’s customer support representatives helped me tie it all together. The end result is a few hundred dollars in savings and a professional quality install that I can be proud of!

Unit was installed by a friend. I helped him and took just a matter of minutes. In a few hours the system was working and performing great. I give it an A+. I highly recommend this unit.
