The heart of the furnace is the patented aluminized steel tubular primary heat exchanger and stainless-steel secondary heat exchanger which are highly corrosion and leak resistant . Combination redundant gas valve and regulator make for further reliability. Ignition is fully electronic with no standing pilot. Multiple high temperature safety limits and a flame sensing rod electrically monitors the flame at all times and shuts off furnace if problem detected. Integrated controls also have diagnostic light for easy evaluation of status in the event of needing service. Sound isolated blower motor, silicon mounting system to isolate vibration and electrical noise, and ball bearing technology on inducer motor all make for quiet and reliable operation.
