With Honeywell's RedLINK Internet Gateway you can connect any RedLINK Comfort System to the Internet to provide you with remote access from your PC, smart phone or tablet. You can count on Total Connect's system performance alerts for a level of awareness and peace of mind that is unmatched — helping you to stay connected to your home or business whether you're across the street or half way around the world. 

 

The RedLINK Internet Gateway connects to an internet router with a standard Ethernet cable (provided). The Gateway is then connected to the power adapter (provided) and plugged into a wall outlet. Please see operating manual provided below for illustrations on how to connect your RedLink Internet Gateway to your internet router.

 

Once the new RedLINK Internet Gateway has been installed and connected to the RedLINK Comfort System you will need to:

1. Create an account by visiting www.mytotalconnectcomfort.com.

2. Validate the account.

3. Log in and register the gateway at www.mytotalconnectcomfort.com by entering the MAC ID and MAC CRC found on the bottom of the device.

4. Download the app from your smart phone’s app store to control your comfort from a smart phone or tablet (optional - can also be controlled via on-line remote access at www.mytotalconnectcomfort.com).

5. You can pair up to 4 RedLink thermostats to the THM6000R7001.
