Thermostat Connect Kit for GE Hotpoint PTAC Units
Model: GE RAKDTKH
The RAKDTKH is a required interface kit when installing a 24V thermostat to control a GE Hotpoint AHHS or AHES PTAC unit.
Additionally, dip switch configuration is an optional feature on Hotpoint AHHS and AHES PTACs. The RAKDTH houses the dip switches for the PTAC settings. Once installed, the dip switches are accessible on the front of the RAKDTKH kit.
The dip switch configurations are as follows:
S1 - Wall Thermostat Enable/Control Panel Enable
S2 - Electric Heat Only/Electric Heat and Pump Heat
S3 - Low Temp Protection Disable/Enable
This connection kit is only required if you are installing a remote thermostat or would like access to the dip switch settings.
The RAKDTKH is for use with 208/230V GE Hotpoint PTACs.
