I had very knowledgeable conversations with the Alpine Sales Associates. My PTAC unit was delivered via Common Carrier and not only was in excellent condition when it arrived, but was also delivered a day ahead of scheduled delivery. It does an excellent job of cooling down my apartment and I am sure it will do an excellent job heating this upcoming winter. I like how quiet the unit is when operating, ease of installation, and the Amana warranty which covers labor in addition to all parts being covered. The Alpine Technical Support is awesome and their information is extremely helpful. I was able to get thru to them for technical support without delay and called in several times when installing. As a result, my installation came out perfect and I am extremely happy with the unit I purchased.

  • Hello, I would like to share our good experience with Alpine Home Air Products. We have purchased a furnace from Alpine and were very pleased with the entire experience. Specifically, with the delivery time. We live in Seattle and received our furnace only 4 days after our order was placed. My husband installed it himself, and did a really good job. My Lennox unit died in late July and I could not get anyone to get out to replace my unit anytime this year... After listening to your people I decided it was in my best interest to purchase my unit from your company and do the job myself... I called to inquire on the status of my unit on many occasions and talked to many different associates and each and every one were kind, respectful, professional and followed through each time when they said they would get back to me... I have to tell you for the price I paid the wait was well worth the time I waited for this unit. I have to say that your company far exceeded my expectations.   • ...My experience with your company was excellent in all regards. I had my brother build plenums for me in his sheet metal shop that I have planned to install this weekend on the Aprilaire 5000. I have the 1770A dehumidifier up and running and it has done a phenomenal job of pulling the excess moisture out of our house.

  • I purchased a PTAC for my barn office, which works well for air & heat. No duct work and should operate cheaper than other electric radiant heaters. It’s also quiet. I am well satisfied with Alpine and their price was right.

  • ...I did my initial investigation by using the website. I really like the way is setup and it is easy to navigate around and put together a system will all the required installation hardware and then generate a quote.

    Just to make sure before I placed my order I talked with someone on the phone and they gladly answered my technical questions and help me place my order. I also used the contractor assistance program which was great. I got a phone call from local A/C contractor willing to help me out with my installation within 30 minutes of my placing order.

    Shipping was free, and very quick. To my amazement, everything that I needed showed up in one drop shipment and my installation went very smoothly. I did it myself and simply had the contractor assist with testing and startup which only cost a couple of hundred dollars. Purchasing from Alpine was a great experience.

    The cost savings was fantastic and I got a great A/C system for the hot Western New York Summers.

  • Hello Folks, This is the second time I have purchased from Alpine Home Air. Like the first time, I am well satisfied with the product, the answers to questions, the support - the whole package. The installers (XPert Air Systems) were great, did a first-class installation on the duct work and equipment, and even installed some safety devices such as an overflow shutoff valve on the evaporator collection pan, should the line ever become plugged.   • In November 2011, I ordered a Comfort-Aire horizontal oil furnace from Alpine. Before ordering, I called several times and each time received prompt, courteous answers to my questions. When ordering I noticed there was no hidden cost and no fine print. The ordering process was easy and clear. The shipment was very fast and easy to track. The unit was installed in early December 2011. The picture was taken the day of installation. It has worked perfectly. The heating/air technician was very impressed with the unit. The warranty information is specific and clear.
