  • I contacted Alpine Home Air and spoke to Sam. Told him what product I needed for my home. Bought the GPH13H And a (TH4210D1005) Heat Pump Program thermostat with a 15kw backup warren heat strip. I am kind of knowledgeable being married to a Sheet Metal Union man for 47 years. Cancer took him so I was acting like I knew everything, I was close to it. Had son check out my decision and said sounded good. Was here in 2 days. Got old (20 yrs) unit pulled and I had combination unit installed. It works wonderful. I am so pleased with whole transaction.

  • I recently purchased a Honeywell thermostat from your company.
    Once I opened the box and started reading I discovered that this would not be a plug and play operation. After many hours of research online and quite a few hours making phone calls I still had some questions on how to install this properly. I never suspected that your service department would have been able to help me out. I assumed that you were just a distributorship. My first call put me through to Joseph and my second call put through to Bryan. These two gentlemen are absolutely on top of their game. Not only were they able to answer my questions and direct me on how to proceed further, their customer service skills are top notch.
    I am in the customer service business myself ... so I know how customers want to be treated. I will definitely recommend your company to all who need it.
    Good customer service personnel are hard to find and harder to keep.

  • Joseph, thank you for the great service in ordering a new gas furnace. I never expected a salesman to tell me I needed a less expensive unit. I was replacing an oil furnace with an LP gas furnace and since it was a 108k BTU furnace I was going to get the same size. Joseph asked the dimensions of the place being heated and he figured I would only need a 54k BTU furnace, saving me about $100 and no telling the additional operating cost. These Haier furnaces are a lot less than I had expected to have to pay for a replacement. It is 95% efficient and uses PVC pipe for exhaust. I had [a local contractor] do the installation of the gas lines and set up the conversion and gas pressures. I was telling the owner what I paid for it and he said that he would have paid $700 more locally...It arrived in 5 days in Seattle by air on Friday, the shipping company said that it would be delivered on Monday... I have told 2 contractors of the quality and service you may get from this company.

  • I want to send this message to commend Bryan for his highly competent and patient support to me in the installation of my Model 700 Humidifier. I had a number of issues with the installation due to my confusion about the humidifier control and problems with tracking down some issues in the wiring. Bryan worked closely with me and suggested a number of checks I should make on the different parts of the humidifier. I now have it working correctly and am ready for the winter season. I am very grateful for Bryan’s support over the several week period while I was trying to work my problems out.
