The Blueridge XM1 Multi-Zone series delivers reliable comfort to your home or business, no matter the season. These ductless heat pump systems run on environmentally friendly R-454B refrigerant and pack serious performance with cooling ratings up to 25 SEER2 and heating ratings up to 10.6 HSPF2.

You can choose from system sizes ranging from 18,000 to 60,000 BTUs to fit your space perfectly. Every XM1 outdoor unit comes with Auto Restart, which means your system automatically kicks back on after a power outage. If you go with the 27K model or larger, you'll also get an outdoor diagnostic board that simplifies maintenance and troubleshooting. Plus, a protective coil coating helps guard against rust and corrosion, so your system stays strong even in tough weather conditions.

Built to perform when you need it most, the XM1 series heats efficiently in temperatures down to -13°F and cools in temperatures up to 122°F. Smart features like Auto Defrost prevent frost buildup, while the base pan heater and crankcase heater ensure reliable winter operation. Multi-point drainage protects against frost and water issues, and the outdoor unit even has a self-cleaning reverse fan cycle that blows away leaves and debris after each use.
