The Blueridge 30,000 BTU 17 SEER2 Ultra Efficient Ducted AC Only Condenser/Air Handler System Kit is a high performing, versatile, and simple cooling. This is a Condenser that can cool better than most air conditioners, and reduce energy consumption thanks to its sophisticated internal controls. It even comes with new technology that makes HVAC installation faster and simpler than a traditional Condenser.  

These models are designed to run consistently at low output levels to maintain optimal temperatures in your space but can ramp up their output as needed. This type of operation also enhances airflow through your structure, greatly improves efficiency, optimizes air filtration (especially if paired with a media or electronic air cleaner), and does a better job dehumidifying when in cooling mode than nearly any other type of cooling system (especially if paired with a 24 volt thermostat).

When the system is powered on, the fan runs continuously at a low level—even without a call for cooling—to circulate air and accurately sense room conditions. This constant communication allows the system to precisely adjust its output, maximizing both efficiency and comfort . If you prefer the fan to cycle on and off with the cooling demand, we recommend using a 24-volt thermostat instead of the included wall controller.
