This Ducted Air Handler is designed for multi-zone installations with compatible condensing units, offering the efficiency of a mini-split system combined with the coverage of a ducted setup. Note that if two of these air handlers are connected to a single condenser, no additional indoor units can be added. These units are also compatible with auxiliary heat kits, which require separate 208/240 volt power.

The system operates at low-output to maintain consistent airflow and maximize efficiency. Smart operation optimizes air filtration, particularly when paired with a media or electronic air cleaner.

In cooling mode, the system runs the fan at a low speed even without an active cooling call, helping to mix air and monitor indoor conditions. This feature is disabled when using a 24-volt thermostat.
